FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Warranties Auto Buffs provides a conditional 30-day warranty from the date you receive products sold by Auto Buffs, subject to the additional remaining terms and conditions set forth below. Auto Buffs will not honor warranty requests for damage caused to either a product or a vehicle and arising from shipping, improper handling, neglect or installation. Any warranties that may apply are non-transferable. Painted Accessories Auto Buffs will not be held responsible for damage caused, to either an Auto Buffs' painted accessory product or a vehicle, by installation of the painted accessory. The paint and its finish of Auto Buffs' custom painted accessories are warranted for one year against defects and peeling. However, the component underlying the paint and finish on each Auto Buffs' product is genuine and manufactured by a company other than Auto Buffs; therefore, with respect to the underlying product and the paint and finish added to the product by Auto Buffs, Auto Buffs provides a 30-day warranty from the date you receive that product from Auto Buffs. Following this 30-day period, Auto Buffs is not responsible for any damage to or failure of the underlying product, or any damage to the paint and finish caused by the underlying product. Chrome Accessories The intended use of chrome accessory products sold by Auto Buffs is for show purposes only and it is up to the owners' discretion for use otherwise. Auto Buffs will not be held responsible for damage caused, to either an Auto Buffs' chrome accessory product or a vehicle, by installation of the chrome accessory. The component underlying the chrome finish on each Auto Buffs' product is genuine and manufactured by a company other than Auto Buffs; therefore, with respect to the underlying product and its chrome finish, and provided the chrome accessory product is used only for show purposes, Auto Buffs provides a 30-day warranty from the date you receive that product from Auto Buffs. Following this 30-day period, Auto Buffs is not responsible for any damage to or failure of the underlying product or its chrome finish. Vehicle Warranty Check your vehicle warranty, whether provided by a manufacturer, Dealer, or otherwise, for its position with respect to aftermarket products. Auto Buffs will not be held responsible for your vehicle's warranty being affected in any manner as a result of the installation into your vehicle of any products sold or provided by Auto Buffs. Returns For Auto Buffs' products other than custom painted accessory products, Auto Buffs will refund your money less a 15% restocking fee, if you return the product in the same condition as sent to you within 15 days of your receipt of the product. Custom painted accessory product orders are final and are not subject to return, due to the custom nature of such orders. Shipping Damage Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise, especially if the box appears damaged. Should any such damage occur, immediately notify the applicable shipping company so that the necessary steps can be taken to insure prompt replacement of any damaged part. Without the approval and reimbursement from, or otherwise facilitated by, the company that delivered the merchandise to you, Auto Buffs will not accept return merchandise that has been damaged in shipment due to mishandling or neglect by the delivery service. ALL reimbursable shipping damage returns must be authorized by Auto Buffs before returning. Sales Tax All orders outside of New Jersey are exempt from sales tax. New Jersey residents are required to add 7% tax to all product purchases. Our Online Store will automatically calculate shipping and taxes if applicable. Pricing Pricing is subject to change without notice. Shipping prices will change for shipping parts going outside of the United States. OTHER CLAIMS TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, AUTO BUFFS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL AUTO BUFFS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ATTORNEY FEES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF ANY PRODUCT SOLD OR OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY AUTO BUFFS.
